General Conditions

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the premises. However, there are some pet care hotels near the resort where guests can leave their pets during their stay. Please note that the hotel is not affiliated with these establishments.

Children and Teen Accommodation

There is no minimum age requirement to stay at the hotel. However, minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

If a minor is not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, a notarized authorization from the legal representative must be presented at check-in.

According to Brazilian Law 8069/90, Article 82: “The accommodation of children or teenagers in hotels, motels, inns, or similar establishments is prohibited unless they are authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardian.”

Visitor Access

Guest visitors are allowed on the premises based on availability and are restricted to social areas only. Registration at the front desk is required, and a consumption fee may apply (please check terms and rates directly with the reception).

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in the hotel’s social areas or guest rooms, as required by law.

Anti-Smoking Brazilian Law No. 12,546/2011 — Smoking is prohibited in all fully or partially enclosed public or private spaces throughout the country. This law also applies to common areas of condominiums, hotels, and clubs.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Reservation Conditions

Rates and Cancellation

Rates refundable — This rate allows cancellation up to 3 days before check-in under certain circumstances. After this period, no changes or cancellations to the reservation will be allowed. Cancellation conditions can be reviewed during the booking process.

Non-refundable rate — This promotional rate does not allow cancellations or changes to the reservation. Full prepayment is required. Conditions for this rate can be reviewed during the booking process.

Early Departure Refund

Early departure does not entitle guests to a refund, as the maximum cancellation period is 7 (seven) days from the date of service purchase, according to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Therefore, under no circumstances will prepaid amounts be refunded, since early departure results in a penalty fee. The application of this fee is supported by Article 20 of Decree 7,381/2010.

Reservation Guarantee

At check-in, credit card information will be required to guarantee payment for any additional charges.

Children’s Accommodation

Children aged 3 to 12 years are charged an additional fee, which varies depending on the type of meal plan reserved. From age 13 onwards, the full adult rate applies.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer — To confirm the reservation, it is essential to provide proof of the transaction to the reservations center at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

PIX — To confirm the reservation, it is essential to provide proof of the transaction to the reservations center at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

Credit Card — Installment payments are accepted up to 3 times with Amex or Hipercard, and up to 10 times with Elo, Visa, or MasterCard (minimum installment value of R$ 50.00). Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
