One of the best experiences we’ve had on domestic trips. Excellent service and very courteous staff, always willing to make our day wonderful. The gourmet restaurants are divine, with excellent quality and beautifully presented dishes. The only point for improvement would be serving the sparkling wine colder!

Beautiful hotel! Facing the sea, excellent structure! Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was very clean, including the linens. The service was great, and all the staff were always very helpful. The pools are fantastic and clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

Perfect and well-organized hotel, with staff always kind and attentive. Rooms are well-kept, super comfortable beds, and live music. The menu is very varied with food and drinks. It truly is worth every minute spent staying here. Highly recommend.
SERHS Natal
The hotel offers several restaurants, a spa, a gym, and swimming pools. The service from the team was the highlight, with special mention to the Tapioca Japan and Adriano by the pools. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food, including a fit station with gluten-free items and detox juice. The game room has three large TVs showing the Olympics and football games, as well as pool, ping pong, foosball, checkers, chess, and video games. There is an indoor pool and a swim-up bar. The view from the room was wonderful, we stayed on the 7th floor. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and received a complimentary cake, along with other treats during our stay. Our experience was excellent at this hotel.
