The Imperial Suite is the most exclusive accommodation at SERHS Natal, synonymous with sophistication, privacy, and personalized services. Available exclusively for bookings under the SERHS Inclusive plan (no minimum stay), it offers a truly unique experience from the very first moment, including an in-suite relaxing massage (by appointment) and private round-trip airport transfer.

With 193m², the suite blends bold design with absolute comfort. The spacious balcony features an infinity-edge pool, waterfall, whirlpool bath, solarium, private garden, and a spectacular ocean view.

The open-concept interior includes a climate-controlled living and dining area with thermal sensor, a functional bar, inverse multi-door refrigerator, and a 70” Smart TV. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds and deluxe linen, a bathing lounge, and a master suite with a heated freestanding bathtub, 50” Smart TV with flap system, and a dressing-room style walk-in closet.

Accommodating up to 5 people, the Imperial Suite offers a dedicated team including a housekeeper, waiter, and bell attendant, as well as a pillow menu, L’Occitane amenities, and personalized slippers.
